THOMAS M. KANE, PRESIDENT

Mr. Kane is the President of SSY Capital. He has over 25 years of experience in international finance, transportation finance, computer and technology finance. Prior to joining SSY Capital, Mr. Kane was Director of Boeing Capital Corporation, responsible for origination and operations in the U.S. in the financing of transportation assets including aircraft and other large ticket transactions. In addition, Mr. Kane was head of Global Operations of Boeing Capital’s Shipping team. Before joining Boeing, Mr. Kane was Senior Vice President at UniCapital Corporation and Vice President AT&T Capital Corporation. He is a member of the Connecticut Maritime Association, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Kane received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, State University of New York. He has three children: Patricia, Thomas, Jr. and John.

THOMAS BLAIR, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Thomas Blair joined SSY Capital in 2008. In 2002 Mr. Blair formed Integrated Finance, LLC, which focuses on Special Situation Finance opportunities. From 1996 to 2001 Mr. Blair was Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co, Inc., where he was a senior structured finance banker, focusing on frequent/sophisticated capital markets issuers. As Global Calling Officer for select Finance and Energy clients, including GE Capital Corp., GMAC CM, AIG International, Washington Mutual, Sempra Energy, Apache, TXU Energy Trading, Duke Energy, Southern Company, Texaco, Phillips Petroleum and Enron Corp., he originated over $15 Billion principally in structured debt and equity transactions.

Previous to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Blair was Vice President at Salomon Inc. where he worked in the Financial Institutions Group in mortgage backed securities sales, and Vice President at Mabon Securities Corp. He started his wall-street career at Smith Barney, where he completed the MBA training program, and went on to work in Fixed Income Sales. He started his business training as an analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in the mergers and acquisitions department. ALEX G. TAYLOR, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Taylor is a Senior Vice President with SSY Capital and is primarily responsible for the origination, syndication, and execution effort in ship and air finance. Mr. Taylor has more than seven years experience in structured finance. Prior to joining SSY Capital, Mr. Taylor was a Vice President with two separate investment banks in New York: Global Capital Finance (GCF) and The Transportation Group (TTG). From 2001 through 2003, he was based in Hong Kong and established the Hong Kong office for TTG. KRISTOPHER J. KAPINOS, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Kapinos is a Senior Vice President with SSY Capital and, based in London, UK, is primarily responsible for origination, syndication and execution efforts in Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Kapinos has more than ten years of financial services experience. Prior to joining SSY Capital, Mr. Kapinos was Managing Director for GE Capital Solutions, Global Electronics Services, where he was responsible for European originations and financing of semiconductor manufacturing assets. Before joining GE, Mr. Kapinos was Managing Director and Europe Area Head with The Transportation Group (TTG). Mr. Kapinos received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Bard College and Master of Science in Administration, Concentration: Multinational Commerce from Boston University.  [Contact Mr. Kapinos]

SIMON KC LEE, VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Lee is a Vice President with SSY Capital and, based in Singapore, is primarily responsible for the origination, syndication and execution effort in Asia. Mr. Lee has more than ten years of financial services experience. Prior to joining SSY Capital, he was the Senior Account Manager for CIT Group, responsible for financing capital assets in Asia. Before joining CIT Group, Mr. Lee was Senior Marketing Representative with Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, Marine Division. TRICIA KANE, ASSOCIATE

Ms. Kane is an Associate with SSY Capital. She has experienced two internships during her career. Tricia gained financial experience at The New York Mercantile Exchange in Crude Oil, where she worked collaboratively with the heating oil and natural gas markets. The following summer, Patricia worked in Product Management for The Bank of New York on their foreign exchange and wealth management trading floor in Manhattan. VIRGINIA NTOKOU, ASSOCIATE

Ms. Ntokou is an Associate with SSY Capital, based in London, UK. Prior to joining SSY Capital, Ms. Ntokou gained experience in the Greek shipping market with an internship as an analyst with Plutofylax Shipping Corporation in Piraeus. Ms. Ntokou received a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus in Greece, where she graduated with distinction, and, recently, a Master of Science in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School in London, where she was awarded the Stelios Haji-Ioannou Scholarship for academic excellence. ANTHONY ONG, ASSOCIATE

Mr. Ong is an Associate with SSY Capital. Prior to joining SSY Capital, Mr. Ong worked in Markets Support for Bank Julius Baer on their foreign exchange, commodities and securities trading floor in Singapore. Before joining Bank Julius Baer, Anthony held internship positions in the areas of sales and business development with various multinational firms in Singapore. Anthony graduated Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University with a degree in Economics and double major in Finance. He was awarded the Goh Foundation Scholarship and Wong Kwok Leong Endowed Scholarship for academic excellence. Apart from English, Anthony is fluent in Mandarin. [Contact Mr. Ong]
